Dr Dikwa, President Alansar Foundation Celebrates Buratai
The President and Founder of Al- Ansar Foundation, Dr Mohammed Kyari Dikwa, felicitates with the immediate past Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General TY Buratai (Retired).
Dr Dikwa who is a longtime associate and close confidant of the former COAS said General Buratai did his best for his fatherland and God will surely reward him for his sacrifices to the nation.
Dr Dikwa stated this during a press briefing with a select group of journalists at his office in Abuja organised by his Senior Special Assistant on Media Dr Abubakar Muhammad Sani on Friday after the pull out parade of the immediate past COAS.
“I can tell you this without mincing words; he will be missed by Nigerians. He has done his best and tried so hard to lead the Army and secure the territorial integrity of Nigeria. I want to personally commend him for this meritorious service of 66 months as Chief of Army Staff, and 40 years in the Army. “
Dr Dikwa enjoined the former COAS to take time to rest, reflect and thank God for his mercies upon his life and family. “Those who took over after him and his team should carry on with the job; he should take his time to rest and reflect. He should be grateful to God for His protection and mercies upon his life. This is a man who put his life at risk to protect this country; I want Nigerians to remember that,” said Dr Dikwa.
