The member representing Ussa Constituency in the Taraba State House of Assembly, Habila Anderufun, has again decried the deplorable state of the road leading to his constituency.

The lawmaker, who made the call on Thursday in Jalingo, the state capital, said the deplorable condition of the road had made life cumbersome for the people of his Local Government Council.

He said the rehabilitation of the road would not only ease the movement of vehicles and passengers in and out of the area, but as well ignite business activities.

Citing the untold hardship occasioned by the recent flood disaster, he said the people were in dire need of help from the leadership of the state.

Urging the people to remain calm and law abiding, he was optimistic that succour would soon come from the Governor, whom he described as a “man with listening ears.”
