Zulum Appoints Ghuluze as Borno’s New Head of Service
Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has appointed Dr. Mohammed Ghuluze as the new Head of Service, following the retirement of Malam Fannami.
The appointment, which takes effect from Feb. 3, was announced in a statement on Tuesday by Dauda Iliya, the governor’s Special Adviser on Media.
Zulum tasked Ghuluze with promoting professionalism, discipline, and commitment within the state’s civil service, leveraging his extensive experience in administration and healthcare.
Prior to his appointment, Ghuluze served as Permanent Secretary, Administration. He is a seasoned administrator and medical doctor who has held key positions in Borno’s health and administrative sectors.
