Group hails Njodi over reappointment as Gombe SSG
Youth group from Gombe South under the auspices of Promoters of Good Governance has congratulated Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi over his reappointment by Gov. Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State to serve as the Secretary to the State Government.
The leader of the group, Mr Barbuwa Kalla who gave the congratulatory message in a press statement in Gombe on Sunday said Njodi had proven to be good at his job, hence his reappointment.
Kalla said Njodi who holds the tradtional title of Madakin Kaltungo had played his role as a key member of Gov. Yahaha’s administration team, contributing greatly to the development of the state.

According to him, Njodi is the right man for the job and his reappointment is a round peck in a round hole and a reward for diligence and loyalty.
He stated that Njodi’s reappointment as SSG did not come to the youth of Gombe South as a surprise in view of the competence, professionalism and tact displayed the former Vice Chancellor of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID).
“We are happy to receive the news of the reappointment of Prof Njodi as SSG and we congratulate him for this feat.
“He has done well and served effectively as a key member of the engine room of Gov. Yahaha’s administration and it is only good to have him back because no one changes the winning team.
“Njodi is a competent administrator and we wish him well in his second outing as SSG in Gombe State,” he said.
Kalla prayed God to give Prof. Njodi the needed wisdom to discharge his duties while calling on the good people of the state to support him with prayers.
