2023: Bauchi lawmaker seeks re-election to continue with good representation

The Lawmaker Representing Bogoro constituency Hon. Musa Nakwada in Bauchi State House of Assembly has said he is seeking re-election for the second term under People Democratic Party (PDP) to continue with the good representation of his constituency.
Nakwada stated this at the formal declaration of interest to seek re-election as a member representing Bogoro constituency at PDP Secretariat on Friday in Bogoro.
He said as the first term in house we provide good representation of the constituency which my party and the citizens would testify to.

“So I want to use the experience learned in the 9 assembly to continue providing good representation of the constituency.
“I also want to support and complement the efforts of Governor Bala Mohammmed in providing development in our constituency.
“That is why I am here to announce to you that I will seek re-election to represent Bogoro constituency in the 10th assembly,” he said.
Nakwada however solicited for support from stakeholders, supporters, teeming women and well wishers on his interest to be re-elected in 2023.
Responding , Mr Emos Faruq, Chairman PDP Bogoro local government area, appreciated Mr Nakwada for taking the steps to seek re-election.
He described the lawmaker as a dogged fighter who fought the constituency to benefit from many projects from the state government.
Faruq said they have nothing against the lawmaker, according to him, he consulted the stakeholders of the party before purchasing a form of intent.
The Chairman explained that Mr Nakwada was with them whether good or bad, saying he is a representative of people.
