2023: DSK vows to rescue the rescuers in Taraba

An All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial Aspirant in Taraba State, Chief David Sabo Kente has described Taraba as a devastated state that needs to be rescued.
Kent made this pronouncement while speaking to journalists in Jalingo during his official declaration to join the governorship race in the 2023 elections.
He noted that the state needs a competent candidate for the APC that would come and rescue the situation, saying that “we have a rescue team and we need a rescuer to rescue the rescue team. Things are so bad that we just need to close our eyes, forget about zoning and get somebody with the capability and competency to come and put Tarabans together and draw up a roadmap that will lead to the economic success and progress of the state.

The gubernatorial aspirant informed that he has outlined a working program that would ensure the proper harnessing of resources that Taraba state is endowed with and pledged to make good use of both the natural and human resources that God blessed the state with to transform the state to become one of the top competing states in Nigeria.
“I wish to advise Tarabans and the APC to make a decision that would not be regretted in the best interest of Taraba State.”
According to Chief David Sabo Kente, his decision to contest again was after due consultation with the entire stakeholders both in Nigeria and the diaspora, as well as the three geopolitical zones of the state.
“Haven heard from all stakeholders and gotten their notes for me to go ahead to declare to run for the governorship of Taraba in 2023, I want to officially make it public today that by the grace of God am prepared physically and otherwise, and even emotionally to join the race under our party, the greatest and biggest party in Africa, the APC,
“I have a letter am sending to the Chairman of our great party the APC in the state officially declaring my invention haven interacted with everyone,” Kente revealed.
He promised that if elected, his administration would introduce what is called a double stream in the education sector.
Commenting on the Presidential pardon granted to the former Governor of the state, Rev. Jolly Nyame, Chief David Kente expressed happiness and revealed that they are preparing to go and bring him back home.
