In acknowledging the challenges faced by the military, AANI has advocated for a thorough inquiry to prevent similar incidents in the future. The association firmly believes that the military could not have intentionally targeted innocent civilians, emphasizing the need for understanding while also seeking accountability.
However, AANI has also urged caution among the public, particularly those advocating for sanctions against the military, to prevent demoralization and to avoid jeopardizing the dedicated efforts of the armed forces against terrorism.
In addition to advocating for caution, AANI has emphasized the importance of unity in the face of adversity during these trying times in the nation. The association stressed the need for maintaining unity and support for the armed forces and security agencies, recognizing the immense sacrifices they make in the fight against terrorism, insurgency, and other criminal activities such as banditry and kidnapping. AANI believes that this unity and support will contribute to enhancing the safety of civilians in conflict zones.
