Bauchi Gov reshuffles cabinet, removes 5 commissioners

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, has removed five commissioners from his cabinet and approved a reconstitution aimed at injecting new ideas and energy into governance
This is contained in a statement signed by Alhaji Mukthar Gidado Special Adviser to Governor Bala Mohammed Media and Publicity made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Bauchi
It said the affected commissioners are:
Dr. Jamila Dahiru*: Education,Barr. Abubakar Abdulhameed Bununu,Internal Security and Home Affairs, Comrade Usman Danturaki, Information and Communication
Others are , Professor Simon Madugu Yalams*: Agriculture and Alhaji Yakubu Ibrahim Hamza Religious Affairs and Societal Reorientation
The statement said the removal of the commissioners is a strategic effort to reinvigorate governance and ensure optimal service delivery to the people of Bauchi State.
“The governor has expressed his gratitude to the outgoing commissioners for their dedication and service, and wishes them success in their future endeavors.
“He has also forwarded the names of eight nominees for security clearance and subsequent confirmation as commissioners by the Bauchi State House of Assembly.
The nominees are Isa Babayo Tilde,Toro, LGA , Abdullahi Mohammed,Misau LGA
Dr. Bala Musa Lukshi, Dass LGA, Usman Usman Shehu Shira LGA,
Others are Iliyasu Aliyu Gital Tafawa Balewa,LGA, Prof. Titus Saul Ketkuka, Tafawa Balewa,LGA, Adamu Babayo Gabarin Darazo LGA, Dr. Mohammed Lawal Rimin Zayam,Toro LGA
It said the governor remains committed to fulfilling the mandate of his administration and assures the people of Bauchi State that the government is steadfast in its mission to deliver impactful development and improved welfare for all.
