BRAVE-IT Commends Armed Forces’ Non-Kinetic Approach to Tackling Insurgency
In a resolute effort to tackle the nation’s security challenges head-on, the non-governmental organization Building Resilience Against Violent Extremism, Insurgency, and Terrorism (BRAVE-IT) convened a pivotal breakfast meeting on Friday.
Aimed at dissecting Nigeria’s current security landscape, the gathering served as a platform to laud the commendable efforts of the Armed Forces in combating insurgency.
The National Coordinator of the Organization, Aisha Rabo, stated this while speaking during the meeting, stressing the significance of acknowledging the sacrifices made by the military.
Rabo underscored BRAVE-IT’s advocacy for the non-kinetic strategies employed by the Armed Forces, which have showcased remarkable effectiveness in countering insurgency.
Also speaking, Deputy National Coordinator Dr. AK Peters praised the military’s leadership, particularly highlighting General Christopher Musa’s stewardship as exemplary.
