Biu Emirate in Borno State Northeast Nigeria is standing still with guests from all works of life as former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusuf Buratai is Turbaned as the Betara of Biu.
The event which is taking place at the Emir of Biu’s Palace has in attendance the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, traditional rulers and former service chiefs.
