The Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) has received a significant boost from the European Union, aimed at enhancing its operational efficiency and capabilities. The support, facilitated by the DCI Group, includes essential logistics items such as laptop computers, tablets, printers, and office furniture.
The handover ceremony took place on July 9, 2024, at Farcha, Ndjamena, Chad, where the Force Commander, Major General Ibrahim Sallau Ali, received the items. General Ali expressed his gratitude to the European Union for its continued support, acknowledging the crucial role the equipment will play in streamlining operations, improving communication, and enhancing decision-making processes within the task force.
Emmanuel Gastines, Deputy Chief of DCI Group Paris, emphasized that this delivery is just the beginning of a series of supports planned for the MNJTF. Future assistance will include surveillance equipment, specialized training, and quick impact projects designed to enhance the task force’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
