Ex-Gombe PDP lawmaker defects, joins NNPP
A former member of Gombe State House of Assembly who represented Dukku South Hon. Sani Adamu Dugge has decamped from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the opposition New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP).
He disclosed his defection in a letter dated 25th December, 2022 addressed to the Waziri South Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman, Hon. Dugge confirmed the withdrawal of his membership from the PDP.
He said, ‘’I wish to notify you of the withdrawal of my membership (No. 3528) from today 25th December, 2022 from the Party’’ the letter reads in parts.

Speaking to newsmen, Hon. Dugge has confirmed that he has joined the NNPP.
Recall that three serving lawmakers have recently joined the NNPP in the state assembly making the Party to have equal members with the PDP.
