Gov. Inuwa appoints 12 new permanent secretaries
Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has given approval for the appointment of 12 new permanent secretaries in Gombe state civil service.
The was contained by Ahmed Abdullahi, the acting Head of Civil Service, who stated that the appointments were made based on the candidates’ credentials, experience, hard work, commitment, loyalty, and performance in the promotion examinations and interviews.

He said, “This move aligns with the current administration’s dedication to revitalizing the civil service and ensuring that deserving and diligent civil servants reach the highest positions in their careers before retirement.”
He added that the newly appointed permanent secretaries are Mohammed Ibrahim Jalo and Adamu Mohammed Kala from Akko Local Government; Dr. Ibrahim Yakubu from Balanga; Sa’adatu Bome Ishaya from Billiri; Abubakar Adamu from Dukku; Abdulkadir Adamu; Abubakar Babayo Hassan and Ahmed Mohammed Yunusa from Gombe LGA.
Additionally, Mohammed Dantata Ndus from Kaltungo; Abubakar Bella M/sidi from Kwami; Shuaibu Ibrahim from Shongom, and Mohammed Ismail Hina from Yamaltu Deba LGA are among the newly appointed permanent secretaries.
The appointments take immediate effect, as stated in Abdullahi’s statement.
