Hon Umar Isah clears hospital bills of patients in Tafa LGA
In his commitment towards improving the wellbeing of his people especially across the three local government areas of Suleja, Gurara and Tafa, Honourable Umar Isah (Baba Jagaba) paid unscheduled visits to various health facilities, including Umaru Musa Yaradua memorial hospital in Sabon Wuse as well as other health facilities in Gauraka, Babban Tunga and Anguwan Hausawa wards all in Tafa Local Government Area of Niger State.
Honorable Baba Jagaba as fondly called doles out cash to all bedridden and outpatients as well as payment of medical bills to patients with special cases in Babban Tunga and Sabon Wuse after due consultations with the personnel in charge of the respective units across the health facilities.
In addition to cash donations to the patients and hospital staff running to millions of naira, the philanthropist swiftly responded to an appeal forwarded to him at the Umaru Musa Yaradua memorial hospital where a case of large number of corpse with unidentified families recorded, the sum of N500,000 was disbursed in order to facilitate the burial of the corpses deposited in the hospital mortuary.
Commending the kind gesture, the Emir of Sabon Wuse, Alhaji Muhammadu Bako expressed his happiness over the generosity provided by the kind-hearted humanitarian as he offered prayers for Almighty Allah’s guidance and prosperity on the entourage.
Earlier in his remarks, Honourable Umar Isah assured the royal palace of continued assistance to the people of the emirate as he further stated, “we will continue to do our best to assist our people, we are inspired in doing this kind of activities for those in need not only in hospitals but in other places”.
Hon Umar Isah later received accolades from different youth organisations in a brief and colourful event held in Sabon Wuse town organised by Umar Isah Jagaba Support Group, Coordinators of Baba Jagaba and Ciroma Awareness Forum.
