A good percentage of women in Nigeria will choose to divorce their husbands if they are financially stable. Most people marry because of what they could get and not necessarily because of love.

Nigerian men continue the cycle of abuse and neglect forgetting they are not in nigeria. Be it emotional abuse and physical abuse. They also expect the woman to supplement the bills in addition to her taking care of the kids and running the home( cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping). So on top all these, the men don’t stop cheating. So yes the marriage cannot last.
Above all, the Western world gives women more right so once they know they have those rights, you are on your own.

Women actually tolerate a lot of bulshit in Nigerian marriage, if you as a man know that you can’t stand a very polite and respectful marriage don’t take your wife abroad, As soon as they get to know how powerful they are in the Western world, Otilo.

Not all men abuse their partners. Some women travel out. Then feel the need to upgrade, dump their former partner. Eventually, they regret it most times: Only very few do not regret it.
Best is for partners to help each other grow& upgrade each other, such Relationship last forever.

If all Nigerian women in Nigeria become rich, 95% of them will divorce their husbands.
Most marriages are dead long time ago but lack of finances is why women put their marriage on life support.
Everyone should have their own money so that you stay in marriage voluntarily not by means of survival.
