NASST graduates tasked to maximise acquired knowledge to improve professionalism
The General Officer Commanding 2 Division Nigerian Army Major General BA Alabi has tasked graduating students of the Nigerian Army School of Supply and Transport (NASST) to be worthy ambassadors of the School in the discharge of their duties.

General Alabi gave the charge graduation ceremony of the NASST combined student, soldiers of 2023 Third Quarter Courses at Muhammadu Buhari Auditorium.
The GOC who was Special Guest of Honour at the event, implored all the graduating students to appreciate the security challenges confronting the nation and by implications, the challenges they will meet in the field.
Earlier in his remarks Acting Commandant NASST Brigadier General ND Shagaya moted that in line with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Command Philosophy, the students went through rigorous training preparing them to professionally undertake various tasks of NACST core function in logistics support and service delivery to the NA particularly in the areas of transport, supply, fire and safety as well as catering services.
He further urged the students to maximize the knowledge they acquired in NASST while on course.
General Shagaya thanked the COAS, Lieutenant General TA Lagbaja for his timely strategic guidance as well as untiring and relentless support to NASST towards providing the conducive environment for training.
The highlights of the Graduation Ceremony were; presentation of certificates, gifts and awards to the deserving students. Additionally, the Ag Comdt appriciated the Special Guest of Honour and other dignitaries with souvenirs for honoring the invitation.
A total of 398 students officers and soldiers graduated from the 2023 Third Quarter Courses. Dignitaries who graced the occasion included the Comd 107 Air Maritime Group, Comd Military Hospital Benin, Vice Chancellor University of Benin and members of World Safety Organization.
