The Comptroller General, KN Nandap, expressed gratitude to the Government of Netherlands for their support and partnership, urging the selected officers to be good ambassadors of the Service and prioritize Hostmanship, a critical aspect of their role as Gatekeepers and first point of contact with travelers.
The training is essential, given the Service’s statutory responsibilities, which involve regular interface with diverse audiences. Hostmanship has been added as one of the NIS’ core values, emphasizing its importance in improving service delivery and operational excellence.
