Plateau: Governor Mutfwang Flagg’s Off Local Government Campaigns in Plateau North Senatorial District

Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has flagged off political campaigns for Plateau North Local Government Councils in Plateau North Senatorial zone of the state.
Mutfwang stated this on Thursday
at Langfield leisure resort while flagging off campaigns for six Local Government areas during which he received decampees into the Party a head of Local Government Councils in the state.
He said most of the political parties that came to Jos came by accident, that the root of PDP started from Plateau..
He assured the PDP supporters that they are going to work together for the victory of the party in the October 9 local government elections.
He also appealed to candidates who lost out during the primaries not to take their grievances too far .
He further begged those candidates who also lost out in the contest of Party election should please bear with them and to also work together.
He. Stressed that party members should not get angry forever.saying The problems” we have was in the course of selection of councilors and party chairmen with the large crowd and the party’s officials, is a confirmation that PDP belongs to the people.
Mutfwang noted that PDP is the party of the people on the Plateau,
He said that their candidates were chosen base on selection and that was why there was no rancour, so PDP is the party of the people with it’s Mottor “power” to the people” that is why we should continue to respect the wishes of the people.
Mutfwang added that come October 10 as we officially flag off the 2024 local government election we shall all converge here for celebration and by the grace of God we will win the 17 LGC. And we will not rig because we are not election riggers . And by the grace of God we shall clinched the 17 local government Councils.
He warned that those who have money to spend in useless ventures if they don’t rig election they can’t win so you can collect their money and use it to buy spaghetti but we know that the people belongs to PDP we will make sure that we return our councilors and chairmen and we will not rig the election.
He called on all PDP supporters to come out in mass to support PDP.
According to him they are more prepared than INEC in this election and by the grace of God they shall win all the 17 local government elections on the Plateau.
Present at the flag off Plateau North Senatorial district were the Party officials, Deputy Governor and party chieftains and well-wishers.
