‘We attend evening classes with Boko Haram children’ – Little girl pleads for better education (Video)

A little orphan girl, Fatima Mohammed from Bama local government, Borno state has made an appeal to the government and Non-governmental organizations to provide them with quality education.
The little girl who said this in a video making rounds on the internet, said the only education they can receive are evening lessons with Boko Haram children, but they need better and quality education.
“We are orphans, and we are not in school. We only attend evening lessons with Boko Haram children that came out of sambisa forest. We want to attend school like other children, we need someone who will listen to our cry”, she said.
Mohammed said they have been facing a lot of misery and agony and have no one to run to for help. “We have no one to cry to”.
The little girl said they would like to be educated but have no opportunity as they don’t have any support from governmental and Non-governmental organizations on education.

She also said, children of about 7-12 years old who are supposed to be in school are standing on the streets.
“Some even go beyond our expectations, engaging themselves in immoral activities.
“Government officials are really trying but there are some areas where more efforts are needed “, She said.
