Zulum appoints Juliana Bitrus, six other permanent secretary
Borno state Governor Prof Babagana Umara Zulum has approved the appointment of Comr Juliana Bitrus, and six other new permanent secretaries in the State Civil Service following the recently concluded examination for the selection process of permanent Secretaries into the state civil service.
This was announced on Tuesday statement by Barr Mallam Fannami mni, head of service Borno state.
According to the statement, “Gov Zulum anticipates that the new permanent secretaries, having emerged at the top of qualified candidates after a diligent assessment process, appointments are based on their competence, integrity, dedication to duly loyalty.

Gov Babagana Zulum expect the new permanent Secretaries to justify the confidence reposed on them and the key into the administration’s commitments to emplace an efficient civil service and deliver quality service to the people .
The appointees are Sadiq Mohammed Abubakar, Alhaji Mohammed Hamza, Yakaru Mustapha, Dr. Peter Salomon, Modu Sanda Abba, and Mohammed Lawan Abubakar.
