2023: Group mobilizes 5000 ambassadors to canvass votes for Tinubu in Bauchi

A group under the auspices of Lobito for Asiwaju mobilizes 5000 ambassadors to canvass votes for the All Progressives Congress Presidential (APC) Presidential candidate, Ahmed Bola Tinubu, 2023 Presidential election in Bauchi state.
Mal Usman Ya’u, Chairman of Youth in the Steering Committee stated this at the launching of the State chapter and unveiling of the group logo on Wednesday in Bauchi.
He said to the group. has recruited 5000 ambassadors and members from the unit, ward, and local government levels of the state.

“The group is all about youth and as you can see hundreds of them are here today, including Keke (tricycle riders) who came from all the local government areas of the state,” he said.
“Our members are ready to protect the interest of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at all levels.
“There is no doubt that Tinubu is done with Bauchi. We have a structure with youth, elders, and women. We only need prayer” he said
On his part, The Chairman of, the Steering Committee for Bauchi State, Alhaji Idris Lawal explained that Lobito, a Crescent in Abuja, became a strategic rallying point for the candidacy and successor Muhammadu Buhari’s bid for President in 2015.
Lawal while addressing hundreds of Tinubu supporters said the goal of the Lobito for Asiwaju for President 2023 was to replicate the success of 2015.
He said the movement was gaining more popularity across Nigeria, saying the Lobito structure would be replicated in the 20 local government areas and 312 wards in Bauchi State.
“We have already selected one person per local government as an ambassador and next week we will select 10 persons per ward and eventually 20 persons per unit,” he said.
“All in all we select 5000 ambassadors for the group to drum up support for Tinubu in Bauchi State to go for a house-to-house campaign ahead of the 2023 general election,” he said.
Also speaking, the National coordinator of the group, Alhaji Habu, assured that the Lobito Group for Asiwaju reaches every nook and cranny of Nigeria to ensure that the APC Presidential candidate gets to the Presidential Villa come 2023.
“Lobito is where Buhari started and it is a continuation for Tinubu,” he said.
Tinubu has the capacity to rule and build successors. Almost every successful person in Nigeria has Tinubu’s support and he is willing to groom young ones.
“Age is just a number. The President of the US is 74, so age is just a number so Tinubu is a man of capacity”,” he said.
