Army Defeats, Captures Bandits In Kaduna
The team of the Nigerian Army under the command of Major General Taoreed Lagbaja in collaboration with other security forces has defeated bandits in some areas of Kaduna state going through increasing bandits’ attacks.
The group of soldiers raided the areas of Buruku, Udawa, Manini, Birnin Gwari, Doka, Maganda, Kuyello, and Dogon Dawa yesterday.
It was learned that during the gun battle, the soldiers overpowered the gunmen, killing one, and capturing some while others escaped with gun injuries.

The statement issued by the spokesman of the command, Colonel Onyema Nwachukwu, said that the soldiers also found an AK47 rifle, ammunition, and 18 motorcycles.
The army also asked for the community’s cooperation in identifying the people who were seen with gunshots in order to report to the security agencies
