Buhari congratulates Saudi Arabia On 91st National Day

President Muhammadu Buhari has extended Nigeria’s cordial greetings and message of congratulations to the Saudi Monarch and the Custodian of two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud and the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness, Mohammed bin Salman, on the occasion of the Saudi Arabian National Day on Thursday.
“President Buhari deeply values the special relationship between the two countries which is based on cooperation and longstanding mutual support to each other,” Presidential Spokesman, Garba Shehu said in a message.

He said Nigeria remained firmly committed to the deepening of this special bilateral relations between the two nations, and optimistic that this would continue to grow from strength to strength under the keen efforts of both leaders.

President Buhari expressed strong hope that “the robust ties between Nigeria and Saudi would be further cemented in the years ahead to cover the existing and new areas of common interests.”
