The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, has extended felicitations to the Nigerian Army family on Eid-el-Kabir, commending their gallantry and sacrifice in addressing security challenges.
The COAS described Eid-el-Kabir as a significant festival highlighting the importance of sacrifice, noting that this year’s celebration coincides with his first year in office. He expressed gratitude for the restoration of peace in previously troubled areas, acknowledging the enormous sacrifices made by the Nigerian Army in the battle against terrorism, insurgency, and other crimes.
