“If you reach Ilaro, you’ll have sense” – Portable shares experience after being detained

Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has announced his submission to Nigerian laws after getting remanded in Ilaro correctional centre.
In a recent video, the controversial singer noted that he learnt a lot and received ‘sense’ after getting to Ilaro.
“If you reach Ilaro, you’ll have sense; I’ve learnt a lot in Ilaro. There’s another life in the Zoo”, Portable said.

Recall, an Ogun Magistrate’s Court sitting in Ifo, had remanded Portable, in Ilaro correctional centre, pending the perfection of his bail conditions.
The singer landed in police custody on Friday, March 31, 2023, on a six-count charge bordering on assault. He had a fight with police officers at his bar, during which one of them was allegedly injured.
