NCOS gets new spokesman, Adamu in Yobe

The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCOS) has approved the appointment of Assistant Superintendent of Corrections (ASC) Abdullahi Adamu as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Yobe state command.
Adamu, a graduate of the Yobe State University (YSU), with a Bachelorof Science degree in Biology, joined NCoS in 2019.
He also underwent training at the Nigerian Correctional Service Command and Staff College before being promoted to the rank of ASC in 2022.
Prior to this new appointment, Adamu served at the Nguru Custodial Command Centre. He, therefore, takes over from ASP Haruna Isa, who was deployed to the Satellite Custodial Facility (SCF) in Bauchi state.
The State’s NCOS command, therefore, urged the public and media to support Adamu in discharging his duties in Yobe.
