Nigerian Police Force Pays Tribute to Late Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja
In a show of respect and solidarity, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, has directed all police personnel to wear a black band for seven days to mourn the passing of Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja.
This tribute honors General Lagbaja’s exceptional leadership, gallantry, and dedication to combating violent crimes and insurgency in Nigeria. His commitment to the nation’s security has left an indelible mark, earning him widespread admiration.
The Nigeria Police Force joins the nation in grieving the loss of this remarkable leader, who deserves to be celebrated and remembered for his selfless service.
