Plateau Governor Mutfwang Swears in Five New Commissioners

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has sworn in five new commissioners to replace those dropped last week.
At the swearing-in ceremony at Government House, Jos, the governor said the occasion is a testament to their steadfastness to good governance, efficiency, and the collective aspiration to see a government that truly serves the people’s interest.
He charged the newly appointed commissioners to serve with responsibility, diligence, transparency, and accountability.
He also charged them to use their wealth of experience and expertise towards the success of the administration.
According to him, their roles in implementing government policies effectively will be crucial in delivering the dividends of democracy to the people.The governor used the occasion to announce the establishment of the Ministry of Livestock Development in the state.
