Ronaldo in Limbo as Kahn rules out Bayern Interest
Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Khan has ruled out any move for Cristiano Ronaldo after the forward left Manchester United.
He said Bayern looked into signing the Portugal international but ultimately would not match their idea.
He said, “Of course, it was our duty to check if it would be a good fit. But we have a clear philosophy for our squad. We all admire and love Cristiano Ronaldo, but he would not match with our ideas.”

The Bundesliga club have also been linked with Tottenham striker Harry Kane, with reports saying Khan wants to sign the England captain.
However, the Bayern CEO gave little away, adding: “Kane is an outstanding player, but there are many other good players.
“Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, who is performing very well, for example.
“And I have read a lot about the Oliver Kahn wants Harry Kane rumours, and we are looking into many players, but it isn’t okay to talk about players who are under contract with another club in public.
