Fans baffled as Wizkid teases a tour with Davido

Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, a popular afrobeat singer, has hinted at a tour collaboration with his colleague Davido.
The “True love” singer announced this on his verified Instagram account, where he stated that after his album tour, he would go on tour with Davido, the “Stand strong” singer.
Wizkid has also advised his fans to save their money until the big day arrives. “Following my MLLE tour!! I’m going on tour with Davido! Save your money! “No one here hears pim!!” he wrote.

Wizkid and Davido are top Nigerian artists; aside from their global recognition, the duo has a fan base that competes among themselves to see who is the best artiste among the duo.
Given their history of disagreements, Wizkid and Davido’s collaboration comes as a surprise to many Nigerians. Despite the fact that the tour date has not yet been announced.
With Big Wiz’s announcement, the Nigerian digital space has gone into a frenzy, particularly on Twitter, where their fans are expressing their delight.
For example, Nigerian beatmaker Samklef stated that with the announcement, 2023 will be a fantastic year.
