Campus Radio/TV: Kashere Varsity trains staff
The Federal University of Kashere (FUK) in Gombe state,has concluded two months training of staff from various departments who were interested to work in the campus Television and radio stations.
This is contained in a press statement signed by Alh Ahmed Malami Chief Information and Protocol Officer FUK made available to newsmen in Gombe on Tuesday.
He said the two months training was conducted at the various media organisation in the state namely Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Gombe Media Corporation (FM/TV) Vision and Amana Radio stations.
According to him, the training was in the area of news, programmes, engineering, editing, transmission, translation and Disc Jockey (DJ).
He added that the training which was successful had enabled the trainees gain the practical skills required to run the broadcast outfit of the University.
“Although the training duration was just two months but the participants were able to learn because they have the zeal thereby making it successful,” he said
